Mike Scaccia, guitarist with Revolting Cocks, Lard, Ministry and others, has died at 47. From Rolling Stone:

Scaccia was performing onstage at the Rail Club in Fort Worth, Texas when he collapsed. Shortly afterwards, he was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
