Marino De Sliva: Fraudulent guitarist

No one ever said all guitarists are of equal intelligence. At one end of the spectrum you have guitarist-scientists like Brian May and Tom Scholz. At the other end you have Marino De Silva. The guitarist-entrepreneur has been incarcerated after admitting to a multi-million dollar international scam. According to Classic Rock Magazine:

The Hull, UK-born guitarist told people he was producing rare and valuable unheard material from Jimi Hendrix, the Rolling Stones and the Beatles.

But when one of the albums was released:

(I)t consisted of no new Beatles material – instead it was mainly cover versions including some recorded by De Silva himself.
