“NEW PICKUPS FOR A NEW BREED”

The previously featured Blues Saraceno ad came out when the guitarist was in “free agent” mode. This Seymour Duncan Parallel Axis Trembucker notice dates to the beginning of his stint in Poison. The copy urges readers to hear Blues “… on Poison’s next Capitol records release.” That nameless album turned out to be Crack a Smile … and More! which wouldn’t see the light of day until 2000 due to Bret Michaels’ car accident and label issues, though a pair of tracks from those sessions did surface on Poison’s Greatest Hits: 1986-1996. Confused?
