The University of South Carolina School of Music is hosting the Rosario Guitar Festival and Competition starting tomorrow in Columbia, S.C. One of the classical guitar gathering’s stated goals, according to their site, is to:

(B)e a resource for the arts and arts education that builds individual awareness and appreciation of the value of the arts and arts education.

Very noble indeed.
