The amazing Jude Gold

Very cool lesson from (get these credentials) GIT Director and Los Angeles editor of Guitar Player, Jude Gold. At first it sounds like Gold’s “Ricocheting Intervals” are the result of a delay effect. They’re not. You have to check out his explanation of the technique. Related links feature him teaching Van Halen’s “Eruption,” and the EVH influence is evident in the above as well, with its echoes of the “Mean Streets” intro. Enjoy.
